Israel shares higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 1.07%
Israel equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the Banking, Financials and Real Estate sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 1.07% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which rose 3.73% or 1,330.00 points to trade at 37,030.00 at the close. ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) added 2.91% or 60.00 points to end at 2,124.00 and Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:MZTF) was up 2.77% or 470.00 points to 17,450.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS), which lost 3.81% or 354.00 points to trade at 8,926.00 in late trade. NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) declined 3.02% or 1,820.00 points to end at 58,380.00 and Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:ESLT) shed 1.60% or 1,700.00 points to 104,800.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 332 to 128 and 77 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.59% or 0.46 to $77.39 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $80.79 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 2.20 to trade at $2,748.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.00% to 3.56, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.00% to 3.66.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 109.20.
